Question 1: I am preparing a gifting event for company staff, what is the minimum order Saxa could take from me?

Depending on kind of gift that you want to order, we will have different minimum order. The minimum quantity for each order can be: 100, 500 or 1000 based on the product you choose.

Question 4: My company located in Vinh Long province, can Saxa support delivery to my place? How is Saxa delivery process?

For customers in HCMC, Saxa will deliver free to your office. For customers outside HCMC, Saxa will support delivery free to the coaches, buses, express offices or your representative office at HCMC.

Question 7: I want to know about Saxa delivery process and how to exchange or return gifts?

After delivery, customer will have 3 - 7 days to check and response to Saxagifts. If the products are not the same as ordered or defective, Saxa will exchange those for you. Besides, after the checking period, if you find any defective item due to production, we can solve it as well.

Question 2: Hi Saxa, my company is running a Gifting for Customers event next month. What is the needed quantity order to get discount from you?

Saxa has preferential policies for customers depending on the number of orders. Price depends on the order quantity, the more quantity, the less price. Therefore, tell us the specific amount of the products you need, we will send you the best price.

Question 5: Is there any support for quotation in English?

With professional and cooperative style, Saxagifts welcome customers inside or outside Vietnam. Saxagifts has a quotation department supporting foreigner customers. Customers have demand for quotation in English, please call hotline: 0906 605 405 for further support.

Question 8: Is Saxa price cheapest, or competitive?

Saxa will not guarantee our price is the cheapest, but we ensure to supply the fairest price with corresponding product quality.

Question 3: Next month, my company will celebrate its birthday. I have already had ideas about gifts for customers and staff. So can Saxa support me about design?

Saxa has design department with high technology who will help you show your logo printing idea onto products as your ordered. Besides, Saxa also support design idea for you. All free.

Question 6: Is Saxagifts the direct gift manufacturer?

- SaxaGifts has 2 factories: promotion T-shirt sewing factory and printing workshop. With sewing factory, Saxa only focuses on producing promotion gifts so we have diverse materials to supply products such as: laptop backpack, khaki hat/cap, logo printed T-shirt, leather products like leather wallet, passport wallet, leather luggage tag, etc.

- About printing workshop, we take products from big brands on market such as Minh Long, Ocean mugs and products imported from Japan, Korea or Thailand. Then we choose the best of them and actively print logo for our customers.

Question 9: How to does it usually take when ordering logo printed gifts at Saxa? Does Saxa receive urgent order?

- With inventory available in warehouse, production time from 7 – 10 days

- With leather/leatherette products, production time from 10 – 15 days

- With imported products, it takes at least 30 days to product and print.

- If you have an urgent need, please contact Saxa as soon as possible so that we can reschedule production plan and finish your order.
