“Keep your self-esteem in strongly”

 

 

I am an incredulously person .The reason why I always have many questions in circumstance. I sometimes ask stupid question which make anybody give up answering. A time period of 3 months to work in Saxa , I asked my boss one stupid question “If i happen to find out other job better than here, what are you thinking? Do you feel sad? “

She answers me: “Yes, of course. But I don’t grieve over because I’ve helped all of you a lots. You and other people know the road in your life. This is hard enough to break out your small heart. So when you leave, I know we have difference opinion about the value of passion. That's why, when you leave, I just realized the values of ways we choose were different. You left because you do not have enough belief. Our company were still here, keep patience and steady to go its own way….

This was the first job after I graduated.  I was really excited for being worked my specialized job. This was a family business, small, but I still worked by my heart. Just by some encouragements like “Trying hard sister” or “I need you to do this work” gave me power to complete the mission well. Many projects were completed. I still remembered that eBellal which my boss forwarded to me that day. This is a grateful from our customers for what we have done for them. My boss wrote: “This was an acknowledgement for the hard trying of you and your team”. 

One day, I suddenly was fired. I had to leave out company in one night. The reason was that position did not belong with me. I could not forget my confused and the questions which I never find out the answer on that day. I did not understand why I was fired. It is because of my ability, my behavior, cutting jobs or something else??? I asked my boss, then the answer I was gave back was silent with a sorry looking. After that night, a member in my team was placed at my position.

In the next four years, I met my boss at my friend’s wedding. We talked with each other and he gave me the reason why I was fired. He told me that he must do it because he was forced by his wife. She wondered as if I was honest or not.  After I had gone and she found out that she made a mistake. He gave apologies at that party.

That night, when my boss gave me the answer, I looked deeply in her eyes, and I saw assertiveness without any hesitation. Suddenly, I could answer my question which I have been wondering for a long time. I understood that my loyalty was not wrong, just because I was not strong enough to believe in honesty and integrity of other people. I can see pride in her speech and her eyes, and in my litter believing. It taught me that you just need to know who you are, what you do, and keep consistently with it is enough.
