Yesterday afternoon, boss came right when we were start the afternoon flag-raising time.
As scheduled, we would read the number 2 and number 11 and then finished. Suddenly, boss told us to read number 7. Only one of us can read it completely. Then she asked each person to read one of cultural values12 of Saxa . We were all faltered, even when we read together every week like that.
In many enterprises, the thing that staffs don't remember the cultural values, even the company's profile is normal and does not need to pay too much attention. But at Saxa, that’s taboos. I have a brother who is department heads of a big company, when asked about the cultural values of the company, he only remembered the Bellan points. It also does not affect the growth of the company. But why in Saxa, these things are very serious?
I remembered a story more than a year ago. These days, boss painstaking in office, focused on writing something that I had never seen before. Trying to connect to her thinking, I saw many strange things, like love yourself, cherish life, own your company ... for a moment, I saw her think of us. Like a slow motion film, she turned over the memory of each employee at Saxa.
I saw pictures of a arrogant Bella, taciturn Erick, cold Jasmine, immature Hanah of the early days. Unfortunately, we forgot all, and read it like to repay for gods.
In the afternoon, we stayed up later than every day, to have an intimate meetings together. Looking back at what we had experienced, about the promise, we found we had a lot of broken promises. And that day, the disrespectful attitude to the cultural value of the company was a testament. Boss wondered if it was her fault because she was not enough enthusiasm or because we were careless with our choice.
Boss put the destiny of the company in our hands, with only one request: "Help me to develop Saxa, because this is your company." Our career is here, our life is here, so why not put our heart into every word and work. Perhaps we had been too superficial with our choices.
Sorry is the most frequently used words in yesterday. However, past mistakes are valuable lessons for us to grow. I just remember boss said "If we just live heedlessly with the life so does not blame why it is shallow, superficial to us." We have chosen to become a deep person in thought and action, being a strong man really must correct himself, and being faithful to the promise.
