Story at 7 a.m

 

Thump..thump ... crash ... crash ...

There was a strange noise in the 1 floor. I peered through the watch, it was 7am. It was so far to the company working time. Is there theft? How strange, what do they want to steal in early morning? But if true then ... gosh, I was alone, how could I resist it? Although inside my mind is bewildered but think of our responsibility that is a symbol of Saxa, gather my courage, I gingerly go upstairs to see what was happening. Peering through the glass door, I noticed a familiar figure. Then, who planted potatoes this land. Bella! She was drawing something on the board. This is the characters occasionally went to companies at 7 am, always made me misunderstood with thief.

At this point I began to remember, as the calendar, that day would be the first working day of Son. And of course, I knew that Bella was drawing board to welcome Son. Our brothers in Saxa often took turns presenting at 7am, to do this simple work. Silently preparing something, for new members do not feel lost.

Last time, Saxa also welcome Bu with a board like that.- full of funny graphics, cute message for the girl. At the beginning, Bu was very shy, just spoke one sentence, "Hi everyone, I'm Bu". After saying it, Bu tent to come to her seat immediately. But the board did not let she get to the seat so easily. Glancing at the picture for her, Bu puzzled looked and hesitantly asked:

- You guys…draw it for me?

- Not for you then for whom? Guess who wrote these sentences?

- These words look ugly… may belong to that bird nest hair guy. These words look too nice, may… be scanned photo, hehehe!

- Gosh, you are so brave, gruzz…

... Back and forth for a while, Bu and everyone was quick to join together. They took selfie pictures, then post facebook, add friend, tag each others. In a moment, the distance between strangers and acquaintances, old and new quickly erased, like acquaintances for so long ago .

Do you remember the first day of your work? Maybe we were too tense and nervous. Sure there were times we feel difficult with the first day full of strangers. A nice little note pad with the word "Welcome" available on the desk that wish for a good day or initiative to introduce yourself, surely make them feel more comfortable, confident and open up .
