So, together we are building the company’s strong and kind culture values to first make every Saxa people happy. A company which is happy enough will have enough power to create happy projects for customers. Specifically, Saxa’s Studio non-profit project, free entry, named Story at Saxa. The happiness of storyteller of Story at Saxa

Yesterday, Saxa got a message notice that there was a post of customer on the fanpage. That was the post from Sammy Duong:

“I didn’t surprise about the gift but about the way I got the gift.

Gave the gift for me was a boy wore white T-shirt and trouser, seemed so polite (because I was rush so I forgot to ask his name). In the 38 degree of weather of Sai Gon, but I still recognized his smile. He gave me the present that was still warm and be package carefully with a lovely wrapping paper.

I think it is also the result of the selection process quite exquisite of one in Saxa. The gift shows the "heart" of you inside it...

…Thank you, about both the gift and the heart you spent for it. Wish Saxa would develop day by day and you guys would always enthusiasm like that”

I read it slowly, as I afraid it would be end. I felt happy as I just had been injected  a high-dose wonder drug. Because ‘wonder drug” won’t appear every day. Sometimes, it was alone. Sometimes, there was no connection.

The day we determined to make the fanpage “Story at Saxa”, was the day the marketing team had to think so much. So many meeting happened in the hopeless:

- Chicken Soup! We collect the inspire story, and up to the fanpage for customer to read.

- No, it is too easy to them to find something like that to read. They are available.

- Or the office, healthy secret recipe?

- It is worse. Too theory. Everyone can do it. Do you think the customer needs any more fanpage like that?

- The marketing knowledge collected is the best, it is safe!

- Haha, if it is collected, it is people’s knowledge, not yours. If you want to post something on the fanpage, let post your all successions and fail.

We stopped for a while. A hah! Why didn’t we choose our own way? Is making fanpage was to make friend with customer? A friend should be honest first.

We chose to write our stories, because we believed that, although we were different in the work, the group , the personality and background, we still  had the same difficulty.

How hard you were in the work, what is your expectation for your teammates? In the relationship between boss and staffs, how can we prevent the hope from becoming the disappointment? How can we do to let every day working we always feel happy and comfortable about the life quality?

 Every day, you can find hundreds of information, knowledge. But would that thing can help you really understand people? Our life is not like “in the book”, the relationship between people, the reality in companies in Vietnam, it is seemed like we can “apply knowledge” easily.

This is the reason of the stories you read on Story at Saxa at 20h every day.  

We wrote, we gave gift, we talked with you wishing we can be your true friends. Our desire is to help everyone’s office life become beauty, lovely and more success, no matter wherever you are working.
