I call it "Saxa Grow Up Handbook"

"When I told the brothers in Saxa that, from then on, we would write this book together, people looked at each other and asked me, why?

I had also asked myself that. Why did we have to write? A company had something special to write, didn't it? We still do not have enough time to do other work, did we?

I did thought yes.

I thought, every company, was a world of wonder. Simply because it had ... us. It had the people, never met, had no intention to intimate, suddenly becoming familiar than any friend, because we met every day, doing a lot of work together, and laughed together many times.

It also had the people, seemed very friendly, but willing to argue, fight just because of one stuff thing, angry that could not speak, so that things went too far, the work no longer was fun ... Just because we had not grown up, and had to learn to grow up.

I thought, this much is enough for a world of magic emotions.

This much is enough to record.

Writing, to learn to grow up.

Writing, to remember that we'd failed together and succeeded together like that.

Writing, to know that each of bro in Saxa understood, working was not enough, building the culture for Saxa is the most important core point. If the company did not have enough cultural to be proud, how could you make customers feel comfortable and happy?

A company was set up, first and foremost, because of customers. Wanting to make customer feel good, first of all, must have the internal resources. For internal resources, first of all, it should be a happy company. I believe that a company can only be happy when we put human values above all else. The interesting thing was, since the development of the company is in the direction of human respect, we had a lot of amazing stories recorded here.
