Don’t regret your messages to employee

 

Jasmine, a marketer of Saxa, had told about her first Viber chat with boss:

That evening, she closed her laptop, preparing to call for her mom then went to sleep. That had been her habit for 9 years since she chose Sai Gon for living. But she hadn’t press the call button…

Errr… Errr… The phone screen showed the name of boss. She was started and didn’t know if she would be yelled or not…

“Hi, how good are you today?” Jasmine smiled, and knew that she had never asked herself like that. From that day on, she shoud ask herself that question.

From then on, on the tick tock sound from the messege of boss on Viber were various feelings for Jasmine.

Sometimes, it was the encouraging sentence: “Try your best Jasmine, you are better than that!”

Sometime was the caring sentence: “What happened with you? Are you ok?”

And sometimes it was the disappointment: “Your plan would not be read by anyone, it is too bad, I am so disappointed.  I give you 3 days to improve your thinking ability!”

Almost every week had some days like that. I happened many times then Jasmine started liking to receive the evening message from boss, because she felt be cared. Although this caring sometime was heartfelt, sometime was unbearable harsh.

But, because of that, she had never felt lonely. She saw herself had so many motivations every day. 

Jasmine knew, she needed to try so much because there always had a heartfelt watching from boss.

And she also told herself that she should strict with herself more, because it look like she had awoke to the thing that the company was belong to her, to every teammates to build, not to individual. And it needed her to be good.

Is this true that, we only really work by our heart when we know that, this place needs us, and it will never let us alone. So that, the leaders, let sincerely express that thing, can you?
