Working on a kind company, we will never dare to lie

 

Saxa, 8:45 am.

Puph!

The light turned off. The screen was dark. There was not any sound of machine.

Power outage.

The first 15 minutes, when the cool air was still reBellaned, they still worked.

The next 30 minutes, the cool air was vanished. The hand fans stared waving. But no one left their position.

1 hour later, the room was really hot. There were wet shirts, and blushed faces. I felt that they were needing an working air-condition. But there was not any frown face or complaint. They were still working hard.

The designer was drawing the design on the paper.

The Copywriter little girl was trying to write the outline to the notebook.

The Marketing girl was concentrating to think about the plan so that she hadn’t realized the light was out.

And the Marketing Digital girl, seemed like when the internet was out, she could be like losing her hand, but a book suddenly appeared, and she read voraciously.

Looking at those serous people, I felt the strong voice from my conscience: “Do you see your teammate? See the effort and serious of them? You shouldn’t think about complaining about the hit!”

Working in a kind company, we will never dare to lie.

Working in an aggressive room, we will never dare to gossip.

And working in a great team, we will never dare to be lazy.

Therefore, with any leader, there are always 2 things to think about. First is the way your company doing business. Second is the way your company making culture. And I think, the harder business is done, the more enthusiasm we should be with it. Because sometimes, just a word or a bad attitude, can destroy all the effort that the company is creating.
