Where is the promotion from?

 

There are two reasons for the promotion.

First, the talent. Second, the lucky.

And I always believe that, if can choose, we will choose to go up by our own talent. But in fact, there will be sometimes, I and you will confuse about it. Because sometimes we know that injustice is still exist.

The bonus is not deserved, the enthusiasm will go away.

The recognition is not clear, the faith will dry.

After many times like that, we will confuse whether the talent  is the only way to be success or not.

I do not confirm or deny it. But I'm sure, the promotion not because of talent, is a nightmarish promotion.

I had witnessed the annual review at Saxa, witnessed an employees receive the highest Tet bonus, and is the one who went home with the most heavy hearts. Because more than anyone else, she know that her talent was not enough to reach it. Because the truth was:

If not enough talent, without the strange gaze, we still feel ashamed. If there is no real ability, how high we sit, how power we are, we also found ourselves tottering.

She knew that reward was a lucky. And that lucky overwhelm herself so much.

That’s why, I still think, the promote by talent way may be the way hard to walk. But it also be the only way brings the pride. Therefore, if sometimes there are some effects make you totter, the thing makes you unsatisfied, let keep continue, because your talent can prove everything.
