Let us tell you the reason why Saxa exists. When a company is established, we believe that it must have a big and right enough reason. Saxa is a Gift company, we have started it since 2010 and also asked ourselves, what the reason was and what Saxa would do for customers?

Devotion to customer

We decide that Saxa will have to be a company knows how to bring happiness to customers. So, together we are building the company’s strong and kind culture values to first make every Saxa people happy. A company which is happy enough will have enough power to create happy projects for customers. Specifically, Saxa’s Studio non-profit project, free entry, named Story at Saxa. Is it hard to be a leader?

11 pm.

Boss texted : Good night baby + (Icon smile)

I replied : Yes, you too + (Icon Sleepy)

Boss texted: (Icon snoring)

I let the phone down. Every nick on laptop was off. It was too late. All my friends slept already. Boss also slept. I got to sleep too.

The next day, I dreamily opened my eyes. As usual, I glace to the laptop screen. A message from boss, at 2am, just to find some interesting book on the shelf, take a photo and send for staffs.

Every times I found she stay up late to work like that, or the time found boss in the office to late night, we all advised: "Comfort yourself, leave work for tomorrow."

Boss said yes, but a few days later, she was the same. My boss was so stubborn!

However, the stubborn, strict with herself characteristic made me think a lot.

Believe me, I, you or my boss, would also be tired sometime, would want to sprung with friends, would want to do what you like. However, the fact that the way to be happy, be comfortable yourself accidentally draw us countless choices. Such as:

Choose getting up early to do exercises or sleeping late.

Choose giving up work or choose giving up the game.

Choose for yours or for others.

I do not know what you will choose. But with the leaders that I used to work with, most of them choose to disadvantage for them selves. At one point, I told them that they spread their selves thin, sometimes I said they did not know to enjoy life. But actually, there is one thing that they got a lot back, but not much people known.

The boss didn't let them lazy, obviously would get sympathy.

The boss learned many things himself, obviously will give admiration staff.

Boss forced himself into the framework, apparently will give employees the respect.

And the boss does not care benefits for themselves, obviously will be taken care of by the team's feelings.

Sometimes, this is what life is. There are things if we want to get, we have to sacrifice your ego so much. Such as the leaders, they will never get the love, faith and support from any staff if they cannot leave their own ego.

P/s: This beautiful sheet of paper is the surprising gift from boss. This morning, we stepped in and saw it laid on the table haughtily.
