What do we expect when we go to work?

 

Going to work, we want to be increased our salary.

To get it, obviously, we have to do our works and tasks well.

My daily work is writing. My daily task is writing better than yesterday. But, you know, it is not easy. My status of writing is not stable. Sometimes people read it pretty much. Sometimes no one concerns about it…

Every time like that, I was so dissatisfied.

Because the times I spend for observing and finding ideas for each post are equal. The writing times are also equal, and even longer. So why do the result so differ from each other?

I was so confused and ask boss many times. Every time like that, boss just answered only one sentence: “It is because you are so easy to your products. If you are strict enough to yourself, the result will be good!”

She explained: Strict, actually is collating to our own conscience.

Writing is not means you have ideas and describe clearly those ideas is not enough. What I need to do is asking myself that : with this way of writing, can you feel it? This topic is useful or not? Each dot, comma, space, paragraph is easy to read or not? How to do it better? How to perform that method? …Answered such question, the conscience will be relaxed.

Therefore, I realized, actually in every job, you need to be strict with yourself. Skills, experiences just help us to complete our work well. But the strict, concern is really the things help us to complete everything well.

Sales, if they don’t ask their selves what customer needs, what customer wants to hear, the conversation will be simply to offer goods for sale.

Marketer, if they don’t remind their selves if that plan is really useful, really inspiring, the things that customer see are simply normal things, lay between thousand other interesting things.

So that, I think that everything we do, don’t ask people if it is good or not. We should ask ourselves that is it enough to make our conscience relax or not. When we do everything by our heart, obviously, money will naturally run to you without any wishes.
