Question 10: Who did Saxa use to supply logo printed gifts for?

Question 13: How does Saxa evaluate gift products that you used to supply for customers?

With imported products, Saxa always choose the best goods and brands to supply. With products Saxa can produce ourselves, we also choose the best materials. All the products before delivery have been checked carefully. Saxa are pleased for every product sent to cutomers. However, we always would like to get the customer feedback to improve our products and services better.

Question 11: I want to know about the products’ origin when ordering gifts at Saxa? Are they made domestically or imported?

- With domestic products, we will choose products with famous brands such as: Minh Long ceramic, Rang Dong plastic, etc.

- With warm keeping bottles, Saxa choose big brands such as Zebra (Thailand), Moriitalia (Italy), Mega/Aladdin (USA), CarlMann (German).

- Screen wiping piece integrated with QR code imported from Janpan

- Umbrellas with elastic plastic frame imported from Taiwan

Question 14: I want to know the payment process when signing contract with Saxagifts?

Saxa’s payment process run as: 40% deposit upon signing the contract, pay the remaining 60% within 3 - 7 days after the receipt of goods. In addition, the provisions of Saxa are very flexible, we can adjust to suit customer requirements.
