B- Common requirements for every position. 

1. Education and Experiment: 

You may or may not graduate from any school, it is not a mandatory requirement. Show us your self-development process in which we can believe that you are the one who is responsible for your own knowledge.  

Read at least 05 books related to the job you apply and at least 02 irrelated ones. This is compulsory and we will really focus on reading ability of candidates when interviewing. 

The recruitment we prioritize experienced candidates. However, if you lack experience but have developing potential with a good attitude, we will consider and train more. The Leader position must have at least 02 year experience. 

2. Mandatory criteria 

- Honest, responsible, workaholic. The definition of workaholic: work harder than anyone else. 

- Know how to smile and how to make others smile. In general, you need to have concern about the happiness of where you are standing. 

-  Be brave to admit you are wrong as well as be brave to stand up and protect what you think is right when necessary. 

- Strong enough to fix mistakes. 

- Know how to love yourself 

- Have great aspiration for your career and it’s not about money. 

 (*) Social Business: is a business that still follows market principles but does not focus on maximizing profit for itself but on contributing to solve a current social issue and improving living standard.
