There are many types of sport water bottle with different price range. To protect your health, you should choose a good one to use. So, what criteria to classify a good bottle?

* 5 Notes when choosing a sport water bottle:

- Design, shape: you should choose bottle with wavy shape in body or with soft spikes to easily hold. You also can choose bottle with straw.

- Structure: sport water bottle must have complete watertight cap because it is used during moving. Besides, there are 2 cap bottles which are easily to wash and clean. Or bottles with filter to store tea, coffee or your favourite drinks.

- Capacity: you should choose bottles with more than 500ml capacity. The best is 700ml.

* Special notes to numbers at the bottom:

There are usually number from 1 - 7 at the bottome of bottle to show types of plastic used. The good one is 1,2,4,5 and suitable for store food and drinks.

+ PET plastic: this is popular type of plastic, used a lot and F&B industry. It is not good for storing hot water because of its thinness. If you want to reuse, just wash it clearly.

+ HDPE: It is safe to store milk or juices. It can bear with 40-50 degree Celcius water.

+ LDPE: It is safe to store food but not for hot water.

+ PP: It is hard plastic with high heat resistance, assorted yogurt boxes, syrup bottles, medicine containers ... You can put hot water in this PP resins.

In summary there are two types of hard plastic, high safety while carrying hot water and cold water are HDPE and PP, LDPE & PET also preferably containing ordinary water, cold water.
