What is pure leather? Some beautiful and luxurious leather wallet and gifts

Pure leather is processed leather. Some kinds of leather used to make belts, wallets, bags, shoes, watch belts or coats are from cowhide, buffalo hide and sheep leather. More premium leather can be calfskin, ostrich leather, alligator leather, horse leather, goat leather. For pure leather products, there are always names on tag like: real leather, genuine leather, 100% leather, or cow hide. To have highly durable and non-rotting leather, people will do a process called tanning.

Pure leather has three basic colours: brown, black, yellow brown. To have various colour products, people often cover leather with gloss paint or color as customer’s order: pink, blue, green or etc.

To increase the value and quality of leather products, some customers only want your leather accessories to be seen with inside surface.

Cow hide has big, straight, not completed and fairly distributed pores on surface. It has higher value than buffalo or pig leather but lower than alligator, ostrich and horse leather.

Advantages of pure leather:

- Beautiful, durable, luxurious, stylish and classic

- Soft, high quality proportional to price

- Not burn, no peeling during using.

- As long as used, surface gets more bright and gloss.

Disadvantages of pure leather:

- Alligator leather easy to get wet and sweat when using

- High price

- Pattern is not even, leather at each animal parts are different. Cow hide has typical smell of leather.
