What is Screen Printing? Process of screen printing on gifts

Screen printing is one of the techniques to print logo on gifts. To learn more about the screen printing process, please check out the belove video:

B1 – Analyzing design file:

- Screen printing is the best at monochrome design

- There are two colours

- With each colour, we will produce a different transparent film version.

B2 - Preparing printing frame

- Prepare 2 net frames as printing frames

- Net frames will be completely covered by specialized glue in dark room.

- The frames will be dried.

- When the frames are dry, start capturing film

- The film is captured by light or under the Sun.

- After 1 minute, take out the frame and water it

- Any parts which are covered by the film will not be sticked so they are easy to remove by water

- Then we have two screen printing for two colours.

B3 - Printing on products

- Spread and tighly hold the material needed to printed.

- Put the frame into the position needed to printed.

- Pull the ink. Do over and over again with different colour.

- Then we have a finished print.
