Leather Notebook

STRUCTURE OF LEATHER CURVED COVER NOTEBOOK GIFT:

- Cover: because the 100% pure leather is costly so mostly manufacturers use leatherette such as: PU, simili… The inner side is covered by velvet simily or complete leather, depending on user’s demand.

- The front inner face: usually divided into small bins to put namecard or other things.

- The behind inner face: same as above, also divided into small bins with a convenient round to keep a pen.

- Notebook Lock: 3 main kinds: installed jack, lock with shown magnet and lock with unshown magnet.

- Promotion part: the first pages are usually printed offset the promotion information in couche paper

- Notebook core: fort paper 80 gsm quality (basi quality), thinner type is 70 gsm, thinker type is 100 gsm. Besides that, papers are classified based on colour: yellow or white. Fort Paper: Japan, Indo, Vietnam or if customers want a more luxurious leather notebook, they can use art paper.

- Paper size: A6, A5, A4… or as required

- Printing technique: logo stamping or screen printing. Stamping has two types: normal stamping and hot foil stamping
