8 hours enjoy/day

 

8am– 5h30 pm.

One and a half hour in the noon.

That is the frame of working and resting hours at Saxa.  

However, if you come here suddenly on a certain afternoon without notice, you will find the staffs here are not disciplines at all.

6pm, they don't leave.

6:30 pm, there are still people.

And 7:30, the lights still on. sometime it is a sales stay to finish sales quotation. Sometimes it is a copywriter tries to complete the article. Or sometimes it is the late meeting of boss and designer.

But I would not call them laboriously working people . Because, within the pale face in the end of the day, I saw a vitality. Powerful and intense.

In fact, there are 2 reasons for staying at the company after 8 hours working. It is the mandatory, or voluntary.  

When sometimes, you feel don’t like it, but because of our own responsibility, or the mandatory from boss. This time, you are laboriously working people.

And with the times, you feel that, late or not is not necessary, you stay, just simply because you are finding for the happy feeling when the work is done. That times, you are the one who enjoy your own work.

Actually, the work is a journey. And  in that journey,  if we don’t know where are we going, what is the target, so it is apparent that walking will come hard. But, in contrast, if we know clearly what is on the end of the road, how beautiful it is, so the thing that we walk more,  get more will become our happiness every day.

That is also the reason why I said they are so strong. They are still the normal people, they are still tired and loses mood sometimes, but the happiness on the journey that they have covers everything.

So that, if you are having a favorite job, trying your best with it, you should believe that it is 8 hours enjoy in your day.
