Charge the battery on early of the month

 

“Everybody, we will have a new month meetings on 5p.m every" - New message from Bella.

Oh, here also has "briefings". My obsessive about this kind of meetings is ... sleepy to faint. In the most recent company, we had to stand for hours in the meeting. It also reminds me of the chart slide along with the tiny letters dancing across the screen. I always felt I was drained of energy after hours of meeting. To tell the truth, I was not eager with this after 5pm scenario.

In the afternoon, people quickly gathered in the great room. Luckily, we did not have to stand for meeting. Since this is the first months I attented a meeting with the company, so I silently watched the way people do in order to learn. We received a sheet of colored paper, listened to Bella instructions:- Write something meaningful, inspire to your teammate to worke harder for the new month.

The first paper I received was for Erick. I still did not "understand the topic," so I read the message of the people for him. "Always feel safe because you are in the team", "Hi neighbor, I'm so glad and happy when my  phone runs out of battery, there are you phone charger right.", "I love you". I laughed, remembering that he always supported his best when he helped to take photos, design, repair computer ... I just said thank, but never thought it is how much honorable.

Then the papers for Alex, Jasmine, Mandy, Bella, Moony… in turn on my hand. I thought about my feeling for them, about what I expect them to achieve. I kept writing for each person in company. My heart was thrilling when I remembered the warm hug on my birthday, the hands clasped in flag-raising time, the message "Hold on". I felt I was loved, trusted and cheer a lot.

By the end of meetings, the room filled with laughter, comment in panic when they read their wishes for each other. I quietly sat in the corner reading my paper "Thank you for choosing to walk with Saxa", "I like your brittle laugh so much, keep loving life ever" and "I believe you will increase the warmth in your heart day by day. Let blow  the flames of enthusiasm ". I did not know that they've welcome me like that.

A strange monthly meetings, no reports, no compliment or criticism (this is daily feedback of boss), which includes only simple good wishes. It made me want to work  more diligent, love more warm to response to the love and trust of everybody. And I was full of energy as the phone has been fully charged.
