We decide that Saxa will have to be a company knows how to bring happiness to customers. So, together we are building the company’s strong and kind culture values to first make every Saxa people happy. Don’t make the coffee times be meaningless

15 minutes to the end of working hours. While I was struggling to write a report, Skype was light. Messages from "eating whatever" group.

 "Would you like to go coffee in later?"

Since the same team, the same job and the same passion for eating, so we always have time with others like that. By the fact that in a collective, how much we were close and harmony to everybody, but there were smaller groups. The group that we were more likely to share and listen. I supported it. Because inherently, we all had the need to be understood.

But, in fact, such times had its downsides. What happens if the words shared the frustrations that you had not dared to face in the workplace? For example, the boss complained something which you thought was not rational. Or the colleague said a sentence that you were not satisfied.

At that time, the thing that you shared with those who were not involved was really a best way to deal or not?

Maybe we will feel better when someone listen and comfort you. But the real twist is still there. There will be a disagreement between boss and employee, will be bad impressions among colleagues. And of course, there are cracks in a collective. So, why don’t we choose to remove the knots tied, instead of containing them day after day?

I realized that, in any case, we always need to communicate face to face.

Not agree, just frankly say.

Not satisfied, just strongly express.

By a gentle, clear and calm way.

Cleaning up such concerns is the only way for us to step to the workplace more gently. Because:

Where has people who understand us, always is the most comfortable place.

And where has people that we understand clearly, is always the safest place
