For the things we can’t see… (Part 1)

- Don’t you feel disappointed about our society?

- No, why should I feel disappointed?

- Because of misery, environment, education, health… everything!

- Yesterday, I saw 5 freshman, sitting in the coffee store near my house, discussing about their life in Germany for next 6 years. They’ve won the scholarship of environmental major, they are going to go to Germany together and promise to come back our country 6 years later to improve the domestic water environment.

- …

- Just do, don’t disappoint and doing in silence. There are things you can’t see.

Clocking the boss door, he timidly put the resignation.

Boss was so disappointed, asking why.

- I don’t like challenge, I am in the beginning of the age that like to live in ease., and don’t want to think too much.

- After all the time we passed together, you still are the weak person!!!

- I’m sorry. But I tried my best to work for 3 month passed. I should have give up from 3 month ago, but in this time, company had so many incident, I don’t want you to think too much, so that I resign in this time when every thing has been fine. Don’t feel sad about me!

- I can’t believe I could pass this interview. Marketing is a new aspect, I just know to write simply as my instinct, and don’t know about the rest. I cannot be compared with Minh. Why did you choose me?

- Because when you presented, you spoke so well.

- Is there any relationship between speaking and marketing?

- Yes. You had cared about the feeling of the listeners,. It is enough. Marketing simply means that you feel deeply the sentence “I feel your pain” when you’re thinking.

- Is there the secret to concentrate?

- No.

- Then why do you do so well everything? You hid something right?

- When I was a child, my father beat and insulted me every day. I only had 2 choices, dropout and bushwalk to leave the house, or study hard to get scholarships to leave the house. So I had a scholarship.

- When setting up this company 6 years ago and recruiting you, I had only two choices: make the company grow and look after you growing better, or bankrupt and bow my head to say goodbye to you. So the company developed.

- There is no secret. You'll be good when you realize your responsibility. Sometimes the responsibility is for yourself, sometimes it is the responsibility for the group you love.
