(Saxagifts.com) - I often fear the feeling that I am not important anymore, no longer needed in places where I present. As when I love someone, if the way they look at me like "I don't need you anymore", I feel very upset right away.
I often fear the feeling that I am not important anymore, no longer needed in places where I present. As when I love someone, if the way they look at me like "I don't need you anymore", I feel very upset right away.
Therefore, when I went to work, I often worked in the hardest way as possible. I always worked in the mind that, if I leave, it will be because I do not want to work in this place anymore, not because people do not need me anymore. That diligence had helped me a lot. My old company is a big timber exports consortium. I worked incredibly hard, always left after 9 pm, if the boss delivered 1, I would usually do 2-3. I even accepted to come to Binh Duong to work. So I promoted rapidly, hold a lot of important roles in the company.
But, despite holding an important position, I'd never felt that I was really important. I always had the feeling which I only was important for "the works" that the leaders needed me to do, not for that place or for people working with me.
When at Saxa, my diligence starts to become redundant. At Saxa, they do not need dud. Leader requires something else, what looks like I've never had. It is the true love, the feeling about the real spirit of the company, the deep thought, and the concern of all the tasks by my heart. Everything should be done with the origin. If there are not origin, the more you do, ther worst you are.
On the first day working at Copywriter, I wrote 5 articles in one time to amplify. Boss eliminated all 5 articles. She said just one sentence: “Don’t write too much, one is enough, but written by your heart, these articles are so superficial.” That process happened again and again, the more I did, the more it was eliminated.
But somehow, though I'm still useless, I found myself in this place is very important. Boss never gave up on me, shame ffor my teammate. She advised me, tought me knowledge and even chided as slapped water in my face. But she've never abandoned me. As this morning, when I came to work, walked to the desk and immediately saw the note with a smiley face ... It make me happy on whole morning. I don't know how to say, I simply find myself with a lot of motivation, and know that I need to work with more attention, not because of ego anymore ...
