(Saxagifts.com) - Is it difficult to tell stories at Saxa? Like a piece of cake. That’s all about daily, real stories, so I just take notes, rewrite and post them. I have been practicing writing daily news thousand times already.
Is it difficult to tell stories at Saxa?
Like a piece of cake. That’s all about daily, real stories, so I just take notes, rewrite and post them. I have been practicing writing daily news thousand times already.
I thought so. But indeed it’s so much more harder than that. It seems like the difficulty level is as same as all of my experience with the last job. During the old working period, I simply had to learn and do the skill that I had not been good at yet with the job. Now, I have to peel all my weaknesses and tell them to everybody. That requires a higher level of bravery I have ever tried.
Maybe you have not forgot those times I told my stories of being scolded by my boss because I lacked of responsibility for work, my poor-spirited tears when I wanted to quit or my silly misspelling mistakes. You could image how bad and shallow I am at work. Many times my pictures have been posted on this Fanpage with an shameful story.
Moreover, I also tell my teammates’ mistakes, like Mandy’s aggression, how Ms Moony often winces or even when my boss went to work a minute late. If there is a election for who is the most gossip here, I will definitely win.
However, I feel much more stronger after all. If I used to be an urchin whenever someone said about my irregular temperament, now, at weekend meetings, I am not afraid of standing up and talk about my bad behavior and actions, to remind myself to fix. I no longer hesitate to take my boss’s eyes when she asks “Are you ok?”, and comfortably share all troubles in my mind. Since then, I have learnt that I used to lack a lot of self-confidence, along with selfish thoughts.
By looking straightly to those mistakes, I know how to let go my weaknesses and fear, to bravely face, bravely admit and bravely fix them, like in the Saxa cultural value number 5 we always read out loud every week. If Story at Saxa can be seen as a journey of a train with many wagons, containing kind stories and growing up lessons, I will be the ticket collector. I have to pass all the wagons with various levels of emotion, to feel myself in everything I am doing. That’s such an interesting trip!
