Is salary deduction a motivation?

I think, for anyone who is working hard every day, the salary and bonus for them is very important, even leading. By that amount, it is the lives of their families, their children and themselves. Therefore, up to now, I do not like the rules which has touched two words "salary deduction." Extremely dislike!

Although, with the companies, salary deduction is mostly because of the staff's mistake. Being late, absent over permission and not complete the task ... will be deducted from the salary. They are provisions, everyone can see its right, it's nothing wrong. But when it falls on, then surely no one be happy.

The salary deduction, it always causes for people: one is the fear, the other is distance. Afraid that I have worked in vain, afraid of losing money. Or employees will always hang around to thinking: I employees, so it is best to do the right thing without salary deduction. Starting working at 8 am, finishing at 5pm, is over.

So, whether it is good or bad motivation?

I enjoy working with the young leader. But young here, is not really young age, but young in thought and opinion. There are many young boss, my boss, my friend’s boss, they are contrary to the traditional way of doing it. They said no to two words "salary deduction."

Because, they want the motivation of employees, it must come from the responsibility, not fear.

They need the aggressive staff to make it big, but do not need to the staff to be aggressive because of salary deduction.

They understand that, as subject to discipline, the staff will more separate personal interests and companies interests.

And they know, those things, just bring up a working machines. No breakthrough, no zeal.

This, it is similar to a child going to school. Behind the talented, brightest children, always was passion, but never was the whips by their parents. So, I still think that building regulation, is simply a way to keep order. And building motivation from within, is the way for the company to turn up.

If you are a leader, you need to concern more about this. After all, the task of the leader is to wing, rather than restrain.
