Life, comes with “appointment”, stays with “fate”

 

Click…click… The printer beside me is working so hard for giving the test for the candidates were given appointments this afternoon. Saxa is quite crowded these days, because we are in the period of selecting sale man.

Each recruitment is always a special occasion to Saxa. It is not only meeting and selecting people, with us, it is also special appointment, like an appointment 2 month ago.

As usual, our boss often called for every candidate to make the fitest time for the interview. Might be this day had a bad Feng Shui status, every candidates was busy. So that I and Sarah had to collect all the test with a pity feeling because we couldn’t meet new friends.

Lunch time, when every people were napping, the hotline suddently rang.

- Hello, this is Saxa company.

There was a hesitant voice in the other side.

- Hello… I come to… interview!

1 second, 2 second, 3 second,… But every candidate this morning was busy!

- You come to interview? Who made the appointment for you?

- No one made it for me, I come myself. Can you let me do the interview, please?

- Where are you now?

- I’m right in the gate of company!

Oh, this girl is …so strong. What can we do? I told boss and she thought silently for a while, the said “Come!”. So we quickly rearranged the lineup, premises to welcome this strange friend.

Entering is a lovely little girl in the tidy white shirt. Sitting at the table and get the interview test, she showed great bravery to the "weird" test subject by Saxa, completed faster than expected and go up to directing interview room with boss. And surprisingly, she has a very impressive presentation. She know draw sprouts, tree to illustrate the kindness. She talked about her passion and her desire for a clear mandate, not vague, specific, not generic. And she ended the interview with a very beautiful image that she have to look out for a towel to delete the ink that she drew on the board. She was the first candidate did it.

It was Jenny, now is a member of Saxa, a persistent and determined saler. Occasionally we still reiterate the '"appointment at noon" and grateful for the time she was "purple toad liver" as such. Because, thanks to that courage that helped us have a teammate full of internal resources, give us inspiration about constantly trying to chase dreams and aspirations with Saxa.

Well, life came together with the "appointment", stay together because "fate" and developed together by the "aspirations". So believe in good things, and the rest, the fate will help us get such a destiny appointments.
