(Saxagifts.com) - Misspelling? A trouble? “My God. Phuong, when will you stop misspelling? I can’t stand this.” Following the complaint was a reminding ear-pull. Why so serious? The two whitespaces were just typos.
“My God. Phuong, when will you stop misspelling? I can’t stand this.”
Following the complaint was a reminding ear-pull. Why so serious? The two whitespaces were just typos.
“Look, you lacked a “U” in the word “Chuyen” right here. But you just let it be on the page for
two hours. Do you see what’s seriously wrong?”.
Honestly… I do not. I innocently looked at her and quickly fixed those mistakes on our Fan page. Then trying to find out why she took it so serious for just a small error.
For us, my boss has ever been so angry with mistakes. She always tries to find solutions. As I used to tell you, the first month in Saxa, I had spent the whole month just to write a-500-word-story. However, it was so bad. She had to fix 60% of it then posted. Even so, she has ever been like that time, checked every single punctuation as a Q.C staff.
Once when I called my mom, her voice was not as good as usual. But she could not have been fever if the pharmacist did not carelessly give her the wrong medicine. I got mad immediately when I heard so. How comes she does the related-to-life-job with that negligent mind? She must have no compassion and responsibility. Lucky my mom, the pharmacist did not give her something that damaged more seriously, unless I would have gone back and forced the one to take responsibility for her fault.
In the middle of that anger, I just realized why my boss has been so serious with me like that. That’s true. She can accept my fault if I do not know. She will always take time to teach me if I am not good enough. But for sure, she will never accept the careless attitude. I know how to type and how to write correctly, why wouldn’t I? If for the pharmacist, her carelessness is the root of no compassion with her patients, then for me, it could be seen as no respect towards my readers. And even not respect towards what my company has been following which are
sincerity, mindfulness and perfection.
Actually, I felt so ashamed after that.
