Persevere to get the Results, be patient to be successful

 

23h. When the blocks in the neighborhood had switched off the light, there was only sound of air-condition in the air. But not really. If you looked closer, there was still a light from the house down the street, still a tiny voices mixed with the sound of the air-conditioned facility. That room was belong to Mandy, a Saxa's female negotiators. It's the first day, when Mandy decided to step out of the customers care to try a new field, partners conquer.

The biggest disadvantage of Mandy, is speaking. Speak long and bad. For example, if people just used one brief sentence to talk about things that they want to eat pizza, then with Mandy it is about 3 to 4 sentences.

"I haven't ate lunch today so now I feel very cravings. Not because I'm hungry, but because I want to chew something. Would we call something to eat everybody. Dumpling, spring rolls ... Ah, pizza is the best.” Something like that. So every time Mandy stands to speak, is that every time the whole team yawns to hear the whole story.

But I also cannot deny that, Mandy is extremely hardy. Knowing her weaknesses is to speak, but Mandy proactively told boss that she should delivery the negotiations for Mandy. Mandy can care all. This suddenly thing made the whole company gape.

Mandy's first call to make an appointment to partners, nothing to say, other side immediately hung up after the first 10 seconds. Second, is exactly like the first. We call her the inspirational character of last April, who dared to exceed the limit, dared to face the difficulties and dare to persevere because of her own choice. Also thanks to Mandy, even I or anyone at Saxa had learned that: in fact, every path is difficult, but if we are weak, accept the defeat on that way, then we will not touch on any glory forever.
