Please spend admiration for the polite bosses

 

12h. The staffs of Saxa started to rest. They ate lunch at the ground floor.

As usual, their boss arrived at that time. Her right hand held her personal bag, her left hand held the document bag.

She entered, when the staffs hadn’t said anything yet, she spoke: “Hi everyone!”

7 days. I counted about 6 days, 6 days she won to say hello first.

I sat there, the other staffs sat there, heard and saw the way she said.

The first time, I felt I was receiving the welcome.

The second time, I felt myself respected.

The third time, I knew I and she can relax with each other.

And the times after, I saw her as a friend.

Sometimes, in our life, there will be some the order is reversed like that. The higher you are, the more polite you are.

Being a boss, that will be completely reasonable if they want staff to spend a certain polite for them. Every morning, we can enter into the company with your excessively high self-esteem, receiving the welcome by a smile, or a nod. However, choosing a higher position can isolate us within a second.

The colder bosses are, the more staffs scare them.

The more separation, the more backbite.

That is always the hardest thing of being a boss, because they have to plays many roles such as the role of a hardworking employee, of a considerate housekeeper, a friend, a big brother, and a respectful child. They toil like that just to do one thing only, wing for the staff.

Therefore, I think, we should admire them, admire the bosses that never mind who are they, to complete the roles in the best way possible!
