These days, the Saxa's office is extremely quiet different with weekdays. We stay in the office and rarely run to the ground floor like all day. People want to keep silence for new candidates to do the interview test.

It makes me remember the day I interviewed two years ago, also in a hot and stuffy day of Sai Gon. I went interviewed with my best freshly ironed white shirt and most eager mood, and left with the wilted mood because I thought I was failed.

It is because I couldn’t say anything when I was being interviewed. I was the only one boy in the group that day, how could I felt confident enough to say, the same for writing. Oh, I forget to tell, my position is designer, and you know, designer couldn’t write. Other’s test was a long page, mine was … 6 lines.

After that, I knew why boss chose me. It is because she saw the meticulous diligence in my portfolio I sent. The first day of working, she said a simple sentence: “You are bad in speaking, writing, but good in doing. Let help me spread the word “Doing” in this company.” And that thing became the culture through our behavior for each other. You were wrong? Ok you will fix my fault. You love your teammate? Ok, let do something. The company respects staffs? Ok, do it to prove to staffs. You are enthusiasm? You have a big resilience? You are kind? Ok. Doing. Doing. And doing.

Over 2 years, there was one time, I had to say goodbye with a teammate. He was a good man. He was good in every aspect. He was also good in communication and speaking. Except one thing, that he and us didn’t have the same point of view, it was that he didn’t Doing, or less Doing.

I remember him, and the way I was admitted to company, remember the journey we build Saxa together, and I realize the reason we still walk together, it may encapsulated in one simple word: Doing. Because, if we don’t do what you say, shall we believe in each other?
