Speaking to let everybody loves you

 

Year-end meeting, the staff focused on large meeting rooms of Saxa, sat in a circle, and started listening to people talk about themselves. After the first 3, the 4th turn is Bella.

"Even if you have tried to fix, but you're still very arrogant. Ideally you should quit it, otherwise no one will want to be near you", it was the comments of boss for Bella . That also means that in recent times, all teammates around her reluctantly endured it without speaking out.

There were times Bella rambled about her history of working for 4 years in tourism. Sometimes Bella started with a phrase: As my experience or as my knowledge… Bella wanted everybody to trust her, listen to her but forgot that, those teammates were bored with her experience stories.

Bella curled up to reconcile with herself. And got out, maybe ... everyone was right. Initial anger, now replaced by the feeling of guilty...

After Tet, Bella freshly came back to work. The girl who said despite the feeling of people had gone away. I no longer heard the phrase “as my experience”, and never saw her eyes looking up the sky and speaking without looking at people again. Actually, without Bella, we wouldn’t know that over the time, we were also arrogant like that. We often speak by the way we want, but rarely think about how people accept it. It is an aspect of arrogance. After all, arrogance means that we concentrate on ourselves and forget about others.
