Talent and personality, what’s leading?

EDUCATION: Graduated from anywhere. Even not graduated, it’s still possible.

Provided that:

+ Eager to learn, can learn quickly, and the most importantly: diligently applied.

+ Passionate about applying job, and prove your passion.”

Did you see some things strange? Why was education without qualifications? When did the eager to learn, and diligent, passion can replace the colleges qualifications, master’s degrees, and other certificates? Is this reasonable? Let's do a comparison test:

Qualifications is the represent for the knowledge inside each person, and also is the educational level differentiation of social life. Of course, 4 years for listening and recording will help people who have qualifications are more obvious advantages.

What’s about eager to learn, diligent, passion? What are their benefits?

Eager to learn demonstrates that they always try to grow up and they don’t consent with their weakness. They will actively progress without anyone’s urging or any discipline.

Diligent, demonstrates they have strong belief in themselves and aggressive attitude to everything.

And passion, demonstrate that they have seen the profound meaning of what were they doing, they believe in it and stick with it. Having passion, they will certainly have the responsibility for their results.

And from that, we can understand: they are people with dignity.

So according to you, what are things that a company need to have? People is certified as having sufficient knowledge, or people with dignity? Definitely it will be personalities.
