Teammate spirit is… 

Stand up and turn the light on just because a female colleague is scared of darkness when walking downstairs. 

Add papers to the printer tray when only a few left, in case someone needs to use in hurry. 

Change the bottle on company’s water mill machine when seeing it running out of water, so when someone is making coffee, they do not waste time to wait. 

Come five minute earlier at the meeting, take some chairs, help the one who is in charge prepare the projector or deliver document if he is doing it alone. 

The teammate spirit is not necessary doing the hard work together. Sometimes, it’s just about actively sharing and helping each other do little things but useful enough for your teammates to feel more convenient, time saving and assured. To do all of those, there must be caring, sincere and humble eyes with a ready mind for stepping backward and giving a hand.
