The adhesive tape on the forehead

 

Seemed at Saxa, something unusual happens every day. As yesterday morning, suddenly everyone in the room surprised because of bottle of vitamin C someone installed on the desk with the words "Must drink". One day ago, Bella's desk had sheets of paper with the scribbled message "Getting well soon." Or today, Moony was saw with an adhesive tape on her forehead, with a mysterious smile.

Well, I had barely introduced, Moony is the Manager of Sales team and also be the caretaker of our "kids" when boss was absent. Her nickname is "Ms. Frown" because she was always frowning, taciturn, and as cool as examination room invigilator. So, when we see the tape on her forehead, kids took the opportunity immediately to poke her.

- Ah ah, do you want to peel forehead acne by tape?

- No. This is my new recipes devised for wrinkle treatment.

- How can tapes cure wrinkle?

- I heard you kids lament so much, I fear that no one dares to speak to me anymore so I stick it, in order to self-aware whether I frown and instantly dilate. But it frowned itself, I did not want to wrinkle it. I am also afraid that I could older too fast because of wrinkling.

So the thing that we call her "Ms. Frown" makes her mind like that. In fact, her work must often face with pressure from customers and suppliers, sometimes they made the wrong goods, sometimes it was the late delivery, then the price, customer care ... It's really strange if she was not wrinkle. But I noticed she only wrinkle, not scold, taciturn but smiling, looks cool, but inside the heart is the warmth of love. Only a small action with this tape, but I sensed that she was trying to put herself in feelings of staffs and was not afraid to change herself to make the air in the room always be close.

As a leader, be respected by staffs is very considerable, but how to get them to love you is really worth to concern. Because, just when the boss is treated as a true friend his employee, always wanted to work together, shared and companioned loyalty and voluntarily, that's needed honest attention, listening by the boss. Though the action of Moony was very small, it was the sincere care about the feeling of employee for her. And to make each brother in the room always feel comfortable when working, she was not afraid to step back a little, changing herself with a quirky but very lovely action. She had won us by the modest behavior, gentle attention but deep enough to remind us caring more about colleagues from the smallest things. So that, employees work not only by the responsibility but also because of the love, the respect for such a boss.
