Let us tell you the reason why Saxa exists. When a company is established, we believe that it must have a big and right enough reason. Saxa is a Gift company, we have started it since 2010 and also asked ourselves, what the reason was and what Saxa would do for customers?

We decide that Saxa will have to be a company knows how to bring happiness to customers. So, together we are building the company’s strong and kind culture values to first make every Saxa people happy. A company which is happy enough will have enough power to create happy projects for customers. Specifically, Saxa’s Studio non-profit project, free entry, named Story at Saxa. Unfinished emotions…

Going to work every day, we often have 2 Bellan things to face with. One is unfinished works, the rest is unfinished emotions.

It may be the feeling of:

Being lost in the stories.

Being angry because of people having incompatible personality.

Having headache because of stress everywhere.

I call them all unfinished emotions, because it stalks to the mind of staffs, day by day.

Being a boss, are they refined enough to know it? Yes. They understand that the emotions of staffs are something very important. If they have good feeling, they can work well. If they have a bad feeling, the work can be ineffective. So that, every year, there were company trips and teambuilding trip, with the hope that they can erase those messed emotions. 

But maybe, that method can only appease the surface. 1or 2 days after the trip, staffs happily go to work. 1 or 2 weeks after, they become slower. And 1 or 2 month after, they are back to their original story. Inside of them, there will be the unfinished emotions.

Perhaps, staffs need something deeper?

Maybe, it is the love. The love for their workplace, for their teammates. Just for love, people can see things by the bright eyes.

Enough of love, there will be patient.

Enough of love, there will be selfless.

Enough of love, we will ignore the mistake.

Enough of love, we will make each other better.

Let imagine, each staff is a love like this, then jealous and indispose will exist or not? Right then, naturally the company will become the place that people always happily step in, every day, without any forces.

Don’t just give the staffs impact from outside but give them a motivation from inside of them. That is what your bosses, my boss or Saxa’s boss are trying their best to do… (to be continued)
