(Saxagifts.com) - A challenging working environment to train yourself, test your hardy level, tolerance limits and ability.
Gaining experience from seniors in the field, learning their technique, dodger to sell more, approach more valuable customers to have a good fame under employers’ eyes in case you want to find a better paid and position job.
Earning as much as possible to have more comfortable life, to pay for your own hobby and passion like a cross country travelling trip, to upgrade your motorbike or to save for opening your own business.
I used to think so. When applying to Saxa as a Sales Executive, I had decided to spend a year for learning experience from Saxa and because Saxa’s ambition is different from other companies. It may be a new strategy. I want to know what it is and bring it to my own business. With 5 year experience in Business Gift Sales I have, it would be the last missing puzzle.
The idea has been staying at the same place for two years. And now, I am still at Saxa. Here are the beyond expected results I have got which kept me stay till now:
1. My boss always see me as a teammate, not a staff.
2. Adorable teammates sometimes put bunch of inspiring sticky notes under my laptop when seeing me down.
3. Saxa does not pay high salary, but enough for me.
4. Saxa’s “Road to Rome” is not usual. That means I always feel I am doing new thing every day.
5. I have a clear target and strategy to follow.
When thinking about these, I know I should stop the idea, try more and striven more, to learn not to earn.
Maybe, I am not rich but always proud of the road I am going.
Maybe, I am not successful yet but I dare to dream.
A dream will always be dream if I do not dare to walk on the road I chose. It is like when you hearing your inner voice, telling you that you have to do something special and great, you will never mind doing this.
We cannot say anything before it really happens, but as Steve Jobs used to say “Stay foolish, Stay hungry” – that means to me just keep enjoying, keep trusting, keep doing with my best. I have no idea where the foolishness and hunger could lead me to, but at least, everyday passed by, I know I have lived fully.
