What do we expect in office?

 

The most expected day of the month, is the day we receive the message that notice us salary has come.

The most excited day of the year, is the day we get the notification about the bonus from boss.

That is always true. We work, and we need money. But, the high salaries, high bonuses are things can make us close to the job?

I believe not.

Because, everyday, I see people, have normal salary, but step into the company with a fresh face, passing a day with full energy, and leave with a relax emotion. They are the staffs of different company, big or small, popular or normal.

I ask many times why can they be like that? And what did stick them with the job? And what happen if there are better places with higher salary, could them leave?

I would like to quote an answer. The answer of a Sales at Saxa:

“I think no. Because here are still have many things. Good salary, much bonus. But the thing I have to think about every day is not only how much money I have, but also today how many things I had to be happy.”

Happiness, yes, is it the thing that everyone finds in their life?

We want to come home after a tired day, maybe because that place has the meal with twitter children.

We expect for the traveling, maybe because that place has many interested things.

But more than it, that place gives us the real happiness.

What happen if that happiness can be found in a company, where we stick for 8 hours a day? Sure, we will not want to leave.

Therefore, the thing we do in our office, is not only job, but also, I think, is the most important thing – creating happiness.

Leader, you have enough caring in what makes your employees excited or not?

Employee, you have the exquisite attention to the feelings of your colleagues or not?
