Why were we chosen for Saxa?

The phone in the pocket suddenly trembled. It was the phone from boss that made an interview for me, one year ago.

The position that I applied to is marketing, the work that totally differed from my major. I remember when the moment I sent eBellal to applied that job. That was an afternoon I was boring with my work. I felt it precarious, and boring! I wandered around the site looking for work to find other job...

So I met Saxa by a chance.The day I interviewed for marketing position, I carried only 2 things. An empty head of marketing and a heart full of desire to change jobs.

Luckily, I was received. And really I did not understand why.

Until later, when I asked, boss smiled and said: "Because you had sent the feeling after the interview Bellals for me very late, and written so bad but sincere! ".

During recruitment, some people had professional experience extremely strong, some peoplespoke so charmed, and also people like immature like me. But after all, to boss, she chose me, as well as the other brothers for a reason she saw the  kindness in us:

The colleagues behind me, was chosen because he was the only person to say thank you after receiving wifi pass.

The girl in the opposite, being received for expressing her true feeling when asked   how long she can be with the company.

And I was received for having made the promise to send Bellal, although very late.

Well, I matriculated because of a small kind act like that.

And also by that lucky time, I realized, kindness seem very expensive. Apparently, it is always things to make other people more sympathetic, want closer to your? Because if being myself, I can not like someone do not know to say thank you, not honest or reneged.

So no matter the fife is, forget about it, calm to be kind, then luck will automatically come. Be kind to others is kind to yourself

....

P/s: too quick, 1 year passed. Saxa continues recruiting. We'll have more accomplices to eat, to talk and laugh. But, the most important is that we will have nice friends. It's too eager ! "
